Truckload Brokerage Truckload

Whether you need to move a single load once every few months or several times per day, Midwest Motor Express’s Truckload Brokerage service can help you fulfill, monitor, and ensure simple and easy delivery, every time.

How it works...

  • To get started, you will need to have an established line of credit with Midwest Motor Express (Credit Application).
  • Once established, our professional staff of brokers will assist you in arranging a carrier for your load.
  • Our concierge-level service assigns load coordinators to every load, tracking its progress from pickup to delivery.
  • Once complete, invoicing and payments occur similarly to your other Midwest Motor Express services.

Who are the carriers?

The pool of potential carriers adjusts from time to time; however, each carrier has passed a rigorous evaluation to ensure a safe operating record and stable history. This includes a daily evaluation of DOT scores, ensuring you never have an unsatisfactory carrier under one of your loads.

Our state-of-the-art Parcel Audit Program allows you to conduct a thorough review of your parcel invoices each billing cycle. It’s not uncommon for minor errors to occur during shipping, which adds to your cost. When one or two happen, the impact is not large; however, the financial impact can be significant when multiplying this out over hundreds or thousands of shipments. This program allows you to find and correct these issues, helping you pay exactly for what you’ve been provided.

How it works...

  • To get started, you will need to have an established line of credit with Midwest Motor Express (Credit Application).
  • Once in place, you continue to ship your product as you normally do. Nothing will change within your operation.
  • With our automated system and the permission of your carrier, we then reach into their systems daily to audit your invoice data.
  • We analyze the file through a program that checks for service failures, overcharges, and other billing mistakes.
  • We audit for late deliveries, address corrections, duplicate invoices, duplicate package charges, correct discounts, and manifested but not shipped packages.
  • We then work directly with your carrier to remove those charges from your bill.
  • You then receive a revised invoice which is approved by your carrier.
  • The revised invoice will have the original amount invoiced and the savings amount.
  • You pay the carrier the reduced amount, as the revised invoice states.
  • We ONLY invoice you a percentage of what we SAVE you!
